* Espectro: layout macro refactor
- updated to #pragma once method
- restructure LAYOUT_all data as block comment
- Configurator was reading the LAYOUT_all macro even though it was commented out.
- updated all keyswitch arguments to use K<ROW><COLUMN> notation
- add LAYOUT_iso macro
- add info.json file for Configurator support
