Revert "Start sending Bluetooth keystrokes directly" (fixes #14) 

This reverts commit 2dde284d17.

These changes are reverted as they caused the Bluetooth pairing to
break. A different solution will have to be found, as Bluetooth is
currently completely unusable with this change.
